We do accept returns as long as item is in the original condition as received, just contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply and return shipping is not included. If custom artwork was made for your unit then that portion cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If damage occurs during shipping please open up a claim and attach pictures of the damage. We will send out replacement parts or send a free return label and repair as new at no cost to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
