At Retro Arcade Factory, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Most of our orders are shipped from our US warehouse. However, in some cases, we may choose to ship orders directly from our warehouse China in order to speed up the delivery process.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays that may occur during transit. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment. Additionally, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We currently don't ship outside of the United States.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Retro Arcade Factory will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
